Developmental Disabilities Supports Division promotes promising practices in Home and Community-Based Services to showcase various efforts, activities and pilot programs that are proving to be promising techniques for meeting the changing needs of New Mexicans with developmental disabilities.

Promising practices include innovations for programs and policy, financing mechanisms, quality improvement and information gathering systems.

These innovations can then be incorporated into overall program designs. Developmental Disabilities Supports Division will publicize creative ideas for the next generation of program innovations in New Mexico.
