Developmental Disabilities Supports Division provides many services and resources to the independent case management system in New Mexico. This page will lead you to these resources and information about case management for the DD Waiver. If you have questions about case management, please contact the Case Management coordinators in the Regional Offices. We hope you find this page helpful.

Included in this site is the Resource Guide for Case Managers or how to do case management within the DD Waiver program, a contact list of regional DDSD case management staff for assistance and many case management tools.
