Updates to the Medical Cannabis Program
*The next hearing of the Medical Cannabis Advisory Board, to consider recommending the inclusion of new eligible medical conditions for enrollment in the NM Medical Cannabis Program, will take place on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 from 10 am to 12 pm. The location of this hearing is the Bank of America Theater at the National Hispanic Cultural Center in Albuquerque, 1701 4th St. SW.
All petitions must be received by the Medical Cannabis Program by October 12, 2011. Copies of the agenda can be obtained 24 hours prior to the meeting.

New Mexico Department of Health Medical Cannabis Program – Petition Requirements
Starting April 1, 2011, old versions of application forms will no longer be accepted by the Medical Cannabis Program. By using the most up-to-date application forms, you will help us to ensure that applications are processed as quickly as possible. Click the Program Application Forms Page link and make sure that you have the most recent version of each application document before you submit forms to the program.
Patient Enrollment and Re-enrollment forms are now combined in one form. Please go to Program Application Forms Page to download the new form packet. Thank you!
December 2010 - Eight more producers have been licensed for a total of 25 nonprofit producers. All patients will be notified in 6 to 8 weeks with the updated producer list.
