Services include in-patient and out-patient programs. Additional in-house services include Nursing and Medical care, Social Services, Recreational Activities, Pharmacy, Dental, Laboratory and Radiology services, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy and an Adult Wellness program.

Sequoyah is a 36-bed residential treatment center for adolescents who are violent or who have a history of violence and have a mental disorder and who are amenable to treatment. Sequoyah is a secure treatment facility.
The Sequoyah Adolescent Treatment Center is accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO) as a behavioral health care organization.
