Clinical Services Bureau
The Clinical Services Bureau (CSB) is part of the Developmental Disabilities Supports Division and was established to provide several different areas of oversight.  The Therapy Services Unit (TSU) include the Specialized Wheelchair Evaluation and Custom Seating Clinic and Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapist services.

CSB also provides consultation, training and Assistive Technology support. The CSB is charged with the oversight of health and safety issues, including mortality review and follow-up, quality improvement, provider education and technical assistance. The Medically Fragile Waiver Program operates in this bureau.
