Developmental Disabilities Eligibility Determination:
The Developmental Disabilities eligibility criteria are based on determination of 4 areas of diagnosis/need:
- medical diagnosis
- condition which results in a combination of mental and physical disorder
- level of care normally provided by an Intermediate Care Facility
- meet financial criteria (more)

State General Funded Services: The SGF services provide supports for individuals who are either registered for the Developmental Disabilities Waiver or who meet the criteria for the state of New Mexico's definition of developmental disability. Eligibility is based on the criteria described in the Developmental Disabilities section. (more)
Medically Fragile Eligibility determination: The Medically Fragile Waiver Program is a Home- and Community-Based Medicaid Waiver authorized under Section 1915C of the Social Security Act and was approved in New Mexico in 1985. The program was originally designed to serve children to the age of twenty-one but currently is able to serve adults who meet eligibility requirements. (more)
Family Infant Toddler Program Eligibility determination: The New Mexico Family Infant Toddler (FIT) Program is a state and federally funded program for families of children birth to three years of age and has or is at risk for a developmental delay or disability. For more information Call BABYNET 1-800-552-8195. Any child who is birth to three years of age and is a New Mexico resident may be eligible under one of the 4 categories: 1) Developmental Delay, 2) Established Condition, 3) At Risk - either biological or medical, and 4) At risk environmentally.
