These standards become effective April 1, 2007. However, standards which are directly tied to services listed in Individual Service Plans (ISP) will go into effect on the date of each individual’s annual ISP renewal, or the date upon which the ISP is revised to reflect inclusion of new services. Other standards refer to policies and procedures that were already in effect prior to distribution of these standards and therefore have been in effect for some time.

State General Funded and Family Infant Toddler Services Standards Fiscal Year 2009 (Effective Date: July 1, 2008) - The State General Fund (SGF) Standards apply to children and adults services provided under SGF contracts with the DDSD. These services apply to early intervention, respite, service coordination, child find and public awareness, comprehensive evaluations, adult residential and vocational services. Medically Fragile Waiver Standards (Effective Date: July 1, 2005) - The standards address each service covered by the Medically Fragile Waiver as renewed in 2001. Individuals should expect to receive services that meet these standards. Click here to read more.
