Cathy Stevenson, DDSD Director

Oversees the Family Infant Toddler Program, Mia Via Waiver Program, Office of Behavioral Services, Community Programs Bureau, including Developmental Disabilities Waiver Program, Provider Enrollment Unit, Supported Employment and Community Inclusion Unit, and Planning and Development Unit.

Earned a Master's Degree in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technologies from the University of New Mexico in 1997 and two Bachelor's Degrees in Social Welfare and Psychology from the New Mexico State University. Cathy's prior experience includes serving as the Bureau Chief for the Community Programs Bureau, New Mexico Department of Health, Developmental Disabilities Supports Division (DDSD) from 2001 to 2004. She also worked as the DDSD Coordinator for the NM IDEA Part C from 1997-2001 and was a self-employed Human Services consultant from 1986-1997.
