October 20, 2011 -The New Mexico Department of Health (DOH), Public Health Division (PHD), Office of Primary Care and Rural Health is issuing a Primary Health Care Services for Women in Santa Fe County Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide operational support to an eligible program(s) that demonstrates a need for assistance in providing primary health care services to women in Santa Fe County. Eligible programs must be a New Mexico non-profit community-based entity that provides primary health care services to women in Santa Fe County. These services must be provided in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
WIC: The purpose of these RFPs is to establish contracts to provide soy-based or milk-based contract brand infant formulas through infant formula manufacturers authorized by the New Mexico Department of Health, the Arkansas Department of Health and the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services in sufficient supply to service 100% of the WIC caseload; and remit to the Departments a rebate for each unit of the Contractor’s soy-based or milk-based contract brand infant formula (WIC RFP Page)
