The following New Mexico Department of Health Requests for Proposal are available:


July 16, 2010 - The New Mexico Department of Health (DOH), Public Health Division (PHD), Office of School and Adolescent Health (OSAH) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the services of a technical assistance coordinator who will provide and link qualified personnel familiar with the New Mexico School-Based Health Center (SBHC) program to support enhanced infrastructure stability, operational efficiency and effectiveness, and program sustainability and community partnerships


Legal Notice of Call to Providers, Request for Proposals - July 16, 2010: The New Mexico Department of Health (DOH), Public Health Division (PHD), Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) is issuing a Call To Providers (CTP) for Commodity Supplemental Food Program services in Southeastern New Mexico to include services in CSFP client certification, commodity food inventory control, commodities distribution (warehouse, tailgate, and drop off), nutrition education, and commodity food warehousing (dry food warehouse space approximately 230,000 cubic feet) and refrigeration (space approximately 800 cubic feet). Successful respondents must be able to deliver both Senior and Enhancement Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program services to include: check issuance, client registration and certification, use a state computer system, completion and submission of check register, check storage, and maintain client signature log. These services must be provided in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Legal Notice of Call to Providers, Request for Proposals - July 16, 2010: The New Mexico Department of Health (DOH), Public Health Division (PHD), Family Health Bureau (FHB), Women Infants and Children (WIC) Program is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a contract to provide professional lactation consultation in addition to a fiscal agent to administer the payment system for the WIC Breastfeeding Peer Counselor Program. These statewide services must be provided in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.


Legal Notice of Call to Providers, Request for Proposals - July 16, 2010: The New Mexico Department of Health (DOH), Public Health Division (PHD), New Mexico Women, Infants, and Children Program (WIC) is issuing a Call To Providers (CTP) to provide WIC Program Client Services in the Albuquerque, NM for Urban Native Americans. These statewide services must be provided in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.


Legal Notice of Call to Providers, Request for Proposals - July 16, 2010: The New Mexico Department of Health (DOH), Public Health Division (PHD), New Mexico Women, Infants, and Children Program (WIC) is issuing a Call To Providers (CTP) to provide WIC Program Client Services in the Southwest and Northwest areas of Albuquerque, NM. These statewide services must be provided in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.


Legal Notice, Request for Proposals - July 11, 2010: The purpose of this procurement is support an external evaluation for the statewide school based health center program administered through the Office of School and Adolescent Health (OSAH.) Evaluation services will include a comprehensive analysis and review of school-based health center (SBHC) operations, including an analysis of patient utilization data, patient satisfaction, and service effectiveness in addressing adolescent health needs such as teen pregnancy, depression, obesity and substance abuse prevention using both qualitative and quantitative assessment approaches. The evaluation also includes the preparation of evaluation reports and documents for various audiences and stakeholders indicating the results and findings.



REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - WIC: The purpose of these RFPs is to establish contracts to provide soy-based or milk-based contract brand infant formulas through infant formula manufacturers authorized by the New Mexico Department of Health, the Arkansas Department of Health and the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services in sufficient supply to service 100% of the WIC caseload; and remit to the Departments a rebate for each unit of the Contractor’s soy-based or milk-based contract brand infant formula (WIC RFP Page)
