Accepting Forms Digitally
NMCDHH encourages our clients to complete and return documents electronically. If you have access to a printer and scanner, please print the document, fill it out and sign it, scan it (preferably as a PDF if possible) and email it back to us. If you can print but not scan, we will accept photos of documents – please make sure they are clearly in focus and readable. Many of our forms are fillable PDFs so that they can be completed on your computer or tablet, digitally signed, and returned via email.

Upcoming Events
Museum of International Folk Art on Museum Hill in Santa Fe will offer ASL Interpretation for their 2024 Family Mornings at Folk Art programs beginning in January. These free, all-ages programs feature story time, hands-on art activities, and museum exploration.
NMCDHH offices will be closed Wednesday. June 19 for Juneteenth. We will respond to messages on Thursday, June 20.
NMCDHH offices will be closed Thursday, July 4 for Independence Day. We will respond to messages on Friday, July 5.
