Southeast Heights Public Health Office is Closed

December 19, 2013 - Northwest Public Health Region - Information

Beginning today, the Southeast Heights Public Health Office in Albuquerque (7525 Zuni SE) will be closed for renovations. The Southeast Heights Office is expected to be closed for up to nine months.

Refugee Health and clinical services will be moved to Midtown Public Health Office, which is located off Carlisle and I‐40 (2400 Wellesley Dr NE). People who normally visit the Southeast Heights Health Office can call the Midtown Office at 505-841-4170.

WIC services are moving to Two Park Central Tower Suite 106 (300 San Mateo Ave. NE). People can call 505‐841‐8928 or 505‐841‐8929 for more information.
