Center for Medical Cannabis & Psilocybin

The Center for Medical Cannabis & Psilocybin operates the Medical Cannabis Patient Registry and is currently working to establish the Medical Psilocybin Program which was enacted in statute in June 2025. The Center also provides educational materials and opportunities to learn about medical cannabis and psilocybin.

Carlsbad public health office reopens after renovations
All public health office services resume Oct. 6 during the office’s regular business hours weekdays 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m.

Public health offices will observe Indigenous People’s Day
 State public health offices and administrative offices will be closed Monday, Oct. 13 in observance of Indigenous People’s Day. NMDOH Helpline, 1-833-SWNURSE (1-833-796-8773) will be available during the three-day weekend.
