Two Human Cases of West Nile Virus in New Mexico September 6, 2018 - Zoonotic Diseases - Disease

Dog in Santa Fe County Diagnosed with Plague March 30, 2018 - Zoonotic Diseases - Disease

The New Mexico Department of Health is reporting a case of plague in a dog from Santa Fe County. This is the first case of plague in New Mexico this year. An environmental investigation will take place at the dog owner’s home to look for ongoing risk to others in the surrounding area. « read more »
